There are two ways how to report your work - either by generating a Word document with selected references included or by exporting a copy of your project which can be sent to your colleague or customer - via interactive link or as a MemOwl file (to be uploaded)

Export project

This option will allow you to download a complete copy of your project, including all references, subsets, keywords, tags, ratings and any additional comments or URL attachments you have added. The only thing you cannot download are file attachments.

The same complete copy of your project as in previous option is created, but instead of file you get an URL link to share. Anyone (not even registered in MemOwl) can access the exported project and save it as new local (or cloud) project. The link can be automatically deactivated after a time span you set.

Custom setup includes:

• Project details - they are copied from the Project stage, but can be adjusted according to specific export
• Collection and subsets - what content should be transferred to the exported project’s Collection
• Tag groups - choose which tag groups should be transferred to the exported project
• Rating - choose which ratings should be transferred to the exported project
• Keywords - decide which keywords from your original project will be indicated in the exported one
• Other content - decide if comments to references and URL attachments should be included as well.

After finishing the setup there are two options how to share the export (described above).
