How to create new tags?

There are two ways to create a tag structure, both are equivalent:

  1. In Project stage:

Here you can setup a new tag structure, edit or delete it, and see an overview of all the tags in your project along with the number of labeled references.

  1. In Reference detail:

You can easily setup a new tag structure in this editor. The number of subcategories can go up to Level 5.

Assign a tag to the reference

  1. One by one

After saving, the tags are ready to use on your references. They appear in the reference detail under the Tags tab, where you can immediately select tags to label your reference.

In case you want to see an overview of the assigned tags and view just the selected tags, select the View.

  1. More than 1 reference

To assign a tag to more references at the time select references (search/filter) you want to be labeled and use Bulk operations.
