If you are logged in and your project is a cloud project, you can invite members to your team and share your Collection with them.

<aside> đź’ˇ There are 3 types of roles in team work: OWNER (sets up a project, defines keywords, tags, rating etc.), CONTRIBUTOR (can work on Collection) and VIEWER (only comments the references)

How to invite members?

1) When you know their e-mails (e.g. a few colleagues)

In Project stage, choose Team

Then search a person by their e-mail or identificator (if it is known to you), select a role, if they can add attachments and click Invite

The person should appear on the main screen under Invitations section:

2) When you do not know their e-mails (e.g. a classroom full of students)

Use “Invite codes”. First generate one using the button GENERATE CODE

And then send the code to anyone you want to include in your team, either as:

If the recipient is not registered in the app yet, the LINK takes them to a registration page first then automatically to the project they have been invited to.

Codes and the link are valid for ten days only!

How to accept invitation to a project?

The invitation appears as a notification on the Welcome screen or in the Project list. After accepting the invitation, the project opens automatically.
