In the Preview section, all references from individual databases are displayed (unless they have been disabled by the user either at the level of an entire databin or at the level of resources).

Above the result list, there are these following tabs:

Untitled

  1. total number of references in Preview

  2. number of selected references resulting from the current operation (filtering or searching in fields)

  3. "Seen", references marked by the user using the button on the card in the results list, see below

  4. "Rejected", references marked by the user as rejected

  5. "In Collection", references moved to Collection

On the cards of individual records, you will find the following icons:

Untitled

  1. Icon - Seen: Users can mark a reference as "Seen" if they have viewed it but do not want to take any further action at the moment.
  2. Icon - Rejected: A reference can be marked as "Rejected" if it seems irrelevant to the researcher, etc., and they do not want to further engage with it.
  3. Icon - In Collection: By clicking this icon, the record is copied to the "Collection" section. It is visibly marked in the preview. These are the references you want to keep and work with them further.

<aside> 💡 The Seen, Rejected, and In Collection icons have the same functionality in the reference detail as well.

Furthermore, you can customize which information appears on the cards within the results list based on the nature of the task you are working on. In the record detail simply click the eye next to the information you would like to see in the result list (on the right side of the screen):
