Databins are filled with the results of partial literature research that you want to further process and evaluate. One databin is automatically created with each project.

The left menu applies on all databins in the project and includes:

• New databin - adding a new data bin to the project.
• Load databins - loading a selected databin from the disk.
• Export databins - saving current databin.
• Manage databins - displaying active and inactive databins.

Each databin can be modified separately using the following functions in the headline:

• Edit (pencil icon) - change the name of a databin

• Duplicate - copy the databin with its content

• Save - save a specific databin to computer disk

• Delete - delete the databin from the project.

  You can also preview a databin using the **Preview** function
  

<aside> 💡 Within "Manage databins," you can enable or disable individual databins affecting the number of displayed records in the Preview; records from a disabled databin will disappear from the Preview.
