You can do it either from Welcome screen:
or from Project list
This list contains previously created projects and can be accessed by clicking on the "Projects" button in the top menu.
In this list, you can:
create a new project:
join a different user’s project if you got an access code
upload a previously saved project (in internal format .REF):
delete individual projects (via the "Settings" button):
open a project to continue working on it:

You can also continue working on the last opened project by clicking on the home screen after launching MemOwl.

You can save and share the entire project in the "Export" stage, where the features of the export can be set. See Export
Parts of Preview or Collection can be exported separately, look for the Export button, which offers a wide range of export options for selected references:
